After WebScheduler
Surgeons and scheduling nurses enter requests directly to the Company's WebScheduler. They see only their own events. The Company's Calendar Administrator controls confirmations how much of the schedule each User can view. Recurring events are set up automatically. Changes are updated and available for all to view from any Internet-connected computer. Company laser technicians post vacation requests and use their wireless devices from anywhere to confirm an assignment! Specific data exists for each event's record: Start time, Date, Delivery Site, Surgeon, Procedure, Device requested, Duration of procedure, and Laser Tech assigned.
But remember! Only you control customer's access to and view of WebScheduler. Customers see some or all of the WebScheduler events as determined by you. And you can track and report on all event records in WebScheduler's report functions.
