The Tech now sees a new (pink) event added to his/her calendar. (Employees view some, all, or only their own events as controlled by you.)
- Next your Tech confirms the Assignment with one mouse click on the calendar
- The Tech then sees a confirmed (blue) event displayed
- The customer sees their request has change color from pink (proposed event) to blue (confirmed event)
- WebScheduler assigns a unique confirmation number to each event, and displays it on the calendar
- Dispatcher sees event color changed to blue
Customer, Employee and Dispatcher have each participated in a partnered scheduling task that ensures fulfillment. Everyone is on the same page!
